That is a Google permissions error, not a problem with your Genius Sheets account. It means the Google account viewing the spreadsheet has not granted the add-on the access it needs. The usual cause is being signed in to more than one Google account at once, so Google runs the add-on as a different account than the one that installed it. Open the spreadsheet in an Incognito window signed in to only the account you want to use, then choose Extensions, Genius Sheets, Main Menu from the top menu and accept the Google permission prompt. For the full checklist, including what to do on a work Google Workspace account, see the troubleshooting FAQ.
