Genius Sheets Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy relates to information collected online and by Genius Sheets Inc. ("Genius Sheets" "we" or "us" or "our") through your use of the Genius Sheets website at geniussheets.com and any subdomains thereof (the "Site"), and the services, features, and information available on the Site, including the Genius Sheets add-in and associated software.
This policy also addresses our practices and obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") for users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom. When Genius Sheets receives personal information about users through their Organization, Genius Sheets acts as a processor and the Organization acts as the controller.
"Using" and "processing" information includes cookies, statistical analysis, collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, combining, disclosing, and transferring information.

We may collect personally identifiable information including your name, email address, employer, username, password, and billing/credit card information collected by our Payment Services Provider.

Registration and Service Use
Users may need to establish accounts providing name, email, employer, username, password, and payment information.
